Justin understands what it takes to succeed as a legal advocate. His diligence, research, and work ethic helps clients achieve the legal results they seek.

As a child, Justin grew up primarily in Alabama. It was as a young teen that Justin moved to his birthplace, San Antonio, permanently. Like many others, Justin’s early years weren’t exactly ideal as he grew up in low-income neighborhoods on the city’s Eastside. Despite these obstacles, Justin put himself through college, earning a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. A few years later, Justin decided to pursue his childhood dream of becoming an attorney. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. Since then, Justin has immersed himself in civil litigation, working primarily with injured clients.

After years of working for medium to large personal injury firms in the San Antonio area, Justin decided to pave his own way and founded The Law Firm of Justin C. Tuck, PLLC. Skills picked up while being an advocate for injured clients and a passion for justice is what Justin brings to the table. Justin is someone who understands what it means to truly represent clients and advocate for them in and outside of the courtroom.
